kinder country yogurt jars
for 2 jars:
berries or fruits of choice
400g vanilla soy yogurt
40g unsweetened puffed spelt
8 squares dark chocolate (or “milk” chocolate for a more authentic taste)
1 tsp coconut oil
flakey salt
method:
prepare the jars with the yogurt at the bottom, then fruit on top.
melt the chocolate and coconut oil using your preferred method (microwave, double boiler…). stir through the puffed spelt until well-coated.
add the puffs on top of the yogurt, sprinkle with flakey salt.
set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.
