1 cup (110g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (55g) oat flour
zest from 1 lime
juice from 1 lime
2 cups (500ml) soy milk
200g thick soy yogurt
pinch of salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
toppings: fresh mint, blueberries, flakey salt
