basic overnight oats
not to toot my own horn or anything, but I think i’ve mastered the art of creamy and thick overnight oats.
for 1 serving:
2/3 cup (80g) rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
pinch of salt
1 cup (250ml) plant milk
about 1/2 container (200g) thick soy yogurt
optional add-ins: sweetener, cinnamon, cardamom, cacao powder…
method:
add all of the ingredients to a jar or bowl and mix well. set in the fridge overnight. top with your favourite fruits, nut butter, nuts, seeds, syrup and/or salt.
