loaded chickpea salad

crispy salad leaves

cooked quinoa

chickpeas

handful of radishes

handful of cherry tomatoes

pomegranate seeds

crispy onions

dressing:

4 heaping tbsp soy skyr

1 tbsp tahini

good pinch of salt

1 tbsp chili oil

method:

combine the dressing ingredients, dilute with water until pourable.

add the salad ingredients to a large bowl. pour over the dressing, you might not need all of it. add chili crisp and mix. season to taste with salt.
